I'm getting old, what can I say.
I'm wiser now, with all these years
the hearing's good, in both my ears.
I'm not alone, Sue's older too
wait 30 seconds...yes it's true!
I came out first, then she was next
so I am older, she won't object.
I'm thankful that my eyes can see
my little girls God gave to me!
I'm thankful for my able hands,
and all the things that God has planned.
And next year when I'm thirty six
I'm pretty sure I can predict
That I'll wish I was, still 35
and realize, my oh my, time flies!
